Search can suggest possible people and projects using names found in your mailbox, including some spelling and pronunciation variations.
Search checks more candidate emails and uses the existing mailbox index alongside Gmail or Outlook search. Matches are checked against the original message.
Verification: Controlled search tests passed. Real-mail accuracy still needs tester confirmation. This is not yet a complete search of every attachment or scanned document.

Ask Geni to find a previous email and draft a follow-up. It separates the search from your writing instructions and reads the conversation before drafting.
When several conversations match, choose one before the draft is prepared. Review and edit the draft before sending.

The existing volume discounts now apply to both monthly and yearly Business plans: 10% for 10–49 seats and 15% for 50–500 seats. The pricing display and checkout use the same tiers.

Saved signature cards and outgoing email cards use the same rendering. Switching between Card and Simple restores the appropriate saved sign-off.
Invoice and quotation sends and drafts use the sending mailbox’s saved signature, including supported inline images.
Starting a new invoice or converting a quotation clears the previous record and source context. Late AI responses from the previous document are ignored.
Use in email opens a reviewable draft based on the full uploaded source, rather than preparing only a reference summary.

Signature previews resist clipping. “Use in email” retains document reference facts without replacing the user’s text. LinkedIn and WhatsApp signature links use a simpler text style.

Requests for an email with an exact title can return retrieved messages whose full subject matches, with original Outlook links and a subject-only explanation. Outlook can recover its mailbox address when the navigation pane is hidden.
Verification: A signed-in Outlook exact-subject search returned four real matching messages. Broader relevance and native Office-host behavior remained separate checks.

Drafts and previews are kept separate from confirmed sends. A tracking problem after a successful send no longer encourages a duplicate retry. Invoice tracking checks sent-message evidence and the attached document. Mobile navigation includes the conversation logbook.
